This massage therapy includes a customized combination of Deep Tissue work with various massage techniques, and is specifically tailored to fit each individuals needs. Deep Tissue Massage penetrates the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissues to help relieve chronic pain, releases toxins, spasms and tension. This is my most common massage therapy and is not intended for the inexperienced or first time visit.
